SESSION'S TOPIC
The Lightbulb: Courtship and the Glory of God
Dating can be confusing, exciting, challenging, and even heartbreaking. There are many philosophies about dating, even various Christian perspectives, but is there any standard? The psalmist asks, “How can a young man keep his way pure?” – a question many men and women have wrestled with. In this “crooked and perverse” world so full of traps and temptation, is it really possible to date someone and honor God at the same time?
Pete and Kimberly Craig say, “Yes, it’s possible.” While they certainly don’t have a fail safe formula for romance, they do have a story to tell about how they made it through their courtship without regrets. Join Pete as he shares about dating Kimberly and the Lightbulb (Third Wheel) you need to have on every date.
Pete Craig, from the USA, has lived and worked in Xiamen for four years, and he’s been married to gracious Kimberly for fourteen years. They have three children, Apollonia, Rosston, and Chauncey.
